Webmail lets you send and receive email from a web browser without configuring an email application on your computer or mobile device.

What you'll need

You'll need your complete email address, such as you@yourdomain.com, and the password assigned to that mailbox.

Access Webmail through cPanel

1
Sign in to your MyPixelHosting Client Area and access cPanel.
2
Open Email Accounts.
3
Find the email account you want to access and select Check Email.
4
cPanel will open the available Webmail interface for your mailbox.

Using Webmail

From Webmail you can read incoming messages, compose and send email, organize folders, manage contacts and perform other basic mailbox tasks.

Important

Your Webmail password is the password assigned to the individual email account. It is not necessarily the same password you use for your MyPixelHosting Client Area.

Forgot your email password?

If you manage the hosting account, you can change the mailbox password from cPanel → Email Accounts. For security reasons, existing mailbox passwords cannot normally be displayed.

Need help?

If your mailbox is not working as expected, sign in to your MyPixelHosting Client Area and open a support ticket with the affected email address and a description of the issue.
