You can transfer an eligible domain from another registrar to MyPixelHosting and manage it directly from your Client Area.
Make sure your domain is unlocked at your current registrar and obtain its EPP Code, also known as an Auth Code or Authorization Code.
How to transfer your domain
Why might a domain not be eligible for transfer?
A transfer may not be available if the domain is locked, was recently registered or transferred, or is subject to a transfer restriction at the current registrar or registry.
Transferring your domain registration does not automatically move your website, files, databases or email accounts. A domain transfer and a website migration are separate processes.
Will my website stop working during the transfer?
A domain transfer does not normally require changing the domain's nameservers. If the existing nameservers and DNS configuration remain unchanged, your website and email services can continue using their current DNS settings while the transfer is processed.
How long does a domain transfer take?
Transfer times vary depending on the domain extension, registry and current registrar. Some transfers can be completed sooner when the current registrar provides an option to approve the transfer manually.
If your domain appears eligible but you're unable to complete the transfer, sign in to your MyPixelHosting Client Area and open a support ticket.
